Zilio Group, an important industrial group in the north-east, has been operating since 1959 in the industrial and energy plant sectors. Recently, Zilio Group has acquired Eco-PV, updating its technical and administrative protocols according to an innovative project that respects environmental sustainability.
This new managerial approach has enabled Eco-PV to make available to its members and customers a package of efficient and cutting-edge services, which have met with considerable success among operators in the sector. During 2017, the Consortium entered into cooperation agreements with the most important multinationals, becoming one of the leaders in the sector and a reference point in the entire photovoltaic chain.
Reuse as much as possible of secondary raw PV materials – recycling PV WEEE – rather than constantly drawing on the resources made available by our planet: this is ECO-PV objective, in line with the principles dictated by circular economy directives.
For this reason, the Consortium collaborates constantly with ENEA, developing projects aimed at the efficient and eco-sustainable recovery of raw materials deriving from the treatment processes of PV WEEE, to recover the greatest possible quantity of raw materials with the highest purity level and the lowest environmental impact.
